I went here tonight for the second time after having a super mediocre experience about a year ago. Tonight immediately started out rough, as it was absolutely BOILING inside the restaurant. The waiters and waitresses were sweating profusely.. from being forced to work in such a hot and sticky environment, and we were sweating while dining too. Itโs not like the Air Conditioning was broken or malfunctioning, which would be understandable. It just didnโt seem like enough of a priority to make the restaurant comfortable for either guests or staff. Upon sitting down, we didnโt have any plates or silverware, and the menus were literally stuck to the table. Secondly, we were absolutely packed into the seating area like sardines. It felt more like a CONCERT PIT than an upscale dining experience!! We had to weave through and brush past other sweaty customers just to get to our table, where we were crammed into an already overcrowded room. At one point I felt closer to the people at the next table than the people I came with. It just seems like the little details are either being overlooked or simply not cared about by management. Whatโs frustrating is that despite all of that, our serv

Embur is great, the food is sure to deliver. Itโs a place we have been able to count on lately when we just want something good. Definitely recommend the chicken empanada with a side of chimichurri sauce (not what comes with it). If itโs in your price range their Chimichurri steak is amazing. Be warned the price changes and itโs up there. If not the steak chaufa is really good as well. Wasnโt a fan of the beef empanadas but thatโs was personal preference. And that was the only thing I have tried so far that I wasnโt a fan of. Parking can get a little hectic during busy hours.

We stopped at Embur after a celebratory event and it was a great choice! There was no wait and the staff quickly accommodated our party size. They even accommodated our request to sit in a different area than they originally set up. The food came out fairly quickly. The salads were amazing and they cooked my salmon to perfection! Their rice is some of the best rice Iโve had in a long time. The staff was attentive and helpful with suggestions. It was overall a good experience and I would definitely go back. My only criticism is the automatic soap dispenser in the bathroom was difficult to read hand motion and I had to manually press the soap pump inside the dispenser. It made properly washing my hands a little difficult and Iโm hoping and praying the staff doesnโt use that as a reason to not properly wash their hands.

This was my first time here and it was a wonderful experience. My Supervisor suggested this place for a few of my coworkers and herself to catch up and try something different. It was a hit!!!! Our server, Juan, was phenomenal! He was very knowledgeable about the menu and how to sell the popular dishes. I wasn't disappointed at all. Everything was DELICIOUS! It was a win for me so I would definitely go back again. I highly recommend this place, and highly recommend Juan as your server, you can't go wrong for sure.

Just through casual conversations with my friend, I mentioned Viva chicken and how I like their food. My friend immediately recommended to meet up again at Embur Fire Fusion. And boy....was she right about it. Embur Fusion serves great authentic food from Peru and draws inspirations from other latin cultures as well.....hence the word fusion. The food is better than Viva Chicken and so are the prices....they are a little higher. I would not mind paying that bill over again cause it is well worth it. High quality food and balanced flavors just light up your palate. The interior decor is chic, customer service is great and there is quite a buzz at this place. We went during lunch but my friend mentioned that this placed is packed in the evenings. My biggest concern about this restaurant is parking....it is a bit tight. Besides that.....this place is phenomenal and highly recommend to visit.
